RESERVATIONS

For your convenience you may now book online. Alternatively you may phone during the hours of operation or send us an email. We endeavor to reply as soon as possible.

We recommend you try and schedule your appointment as far in advance as possible to ensure your preferred treatment time.

We require a credit card on file for any bookings over 2 hours long, in order to secure your reservation.

We kindly ask for a minimum 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Failure to give adequate notice may result in a 50% cancelation fee charged to your card on file.

Exceptional circumstances are considered.

Treatment prices and services may be subject to change at no notice.

CANCELLATION

We understand life happens but kindly request a minumum of 24 hours notice when possible.

Standard treatments

Any cancellations or rescheduling on an individual treatment made less than 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment may result in a 50% cancellation fee charged to the credit card/ voucher on file; no-show will be fully charged.

Spa Packages

As our Spa policy, we would require cancellation notice of at least 48hours prior to the treatment.

Due to some circumstances if you have to reschedule your booked appointment during cancellation time then there may be a 10% Handling fee charge, which will be deducted from the card on file.
Please be advised that Spa Packages can not be shared between clients or altered in any way

GIFT CERTIFICATES

Gift certificates have a 3 month expiry date from time of purchase.

Redeemable for services and/or product not exceeding the remaining credit balance on this card. Not redeemable for cash.

HEALTH

If you are sick, please stay home.

Sacred is not accessible by wheelchair at this time. Sorry for any inconviences this may cause.

If you are pregnant, please notify us when booking your treatment to ensure service can be performed.

Massage will not be given to a pregnant woman during her first trimester. There are other relaxing alternatives, please let us know so we can tailor an experience for you.

Prior to each treatment guests are requested to complete the necessary consultation form.

All information provided is confidential and will only be used in order to provide a better spa service to you.

AGE RESTRICTION

Clients under 16 years of age wanting a spa treatment are welcome to do so under parent supervision.

Please mention at the time of booking.

SPA AMBIENCE

To provide a tranquil environment we politely request that mobile phones and other electronic devices are turned off or switched to silent for the duration of your visit.

BEHAVIOUR

Sacred Spa does not condone any threatening or sexual exploits whatsoever.

We maintain a safe & comfortable space for our clients for relaxation ONLY.

Any disrespect of these clear guidelines and you will be expected to pay for your treatment and asked to leave the spa immediately.

It will also result in a permanent ban from Sacred Spa Rituals and you will not be welcome back.

Monday - Friday 8am-8pm by Appointment

Saturdays - Special Request only at the owners discretion and subject to availability.

Sundays - CLOSED

Due to the intimate nature of Sacred, we are by appointment only and do not accept walk ins.
