Sacred Spa Rituals

 

To ensure every guest enjoys a calm, restorative, and nurturing experience, we ask all guests to follow these simple guidelines:

1. Arrival

    •    Please arrive on time, not early, to allow the day to flow smoothly.

    •    Sacred Spa Rituals is located on private property. Please drive slowly up the driveway and watch out for resident ducks, dogs, and children.

    •    Park at the designated area and walk up to the treehouse quietly. There is no reception desk.

    •    Please note: The treehouse is not wheelchair accessible at this time.

    •    Late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment, with the full fee still applying.

2. Booking & Communication

    •    All appointments must be booked online. Availability is always visible in real time.

    •    If you need any assistance or guidance with booking, please email daniellesacredspa.co.nz. All enquiries will be responded to promptly within business hours.

    •    For other enquiries, please also email, as the spa phone is on silent to maintain a calm environment.

    •    Direct messages (DMs) cannot be accepted as bookings.

3. Health & Safety

    •    Please cancel if you are unwell to protect the wellbeing of yourself, other guests, and the therapist.

    •    Share any health concerns, injuries, or pregnancy information at the time of booking so we can tailor your ritual safely.

4. Linen & Refreshments

    •    Your ritual always includes fresh linen and towels for every guest.

    •    Water and herbal tea are provided for all rituals.

    •    Robes and light refreshments are offered on evening rituals only.

5. Conduct & Space

    •    Sacred Spa Rituals is a one-person practice focused on creating a calm and nurturing environment.

    •    To ensure each guest has their own private space, appointments are not scheduled back-to-back. This allows time for full relaxation, cleansing of the space, and preparation for the next guest.

    •    Please respect the space, privacy, and well-being of other guests.

    •    Any inappropriate, unsafe, or disruptive behavior may result in service being discontinued and full fees still applying.

6. Age Policy

    •    Guests must be 18 years or older, unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

    •    Children and teens are not permitted unless attending a specific family-approved treatment.

7. Treatment Changes & Timing

    •    All treatments are allocated a set time to maintain the flow of the day.

    •    Arriving late or requesting significant changes on the day may shorten your treatment or impact your experience.

8. Gift Certificates & Products

    •    Gift certificates are non-refundable and valid for the stated period.

    •    Product orders must be paid in full prior to placement and adhere to weekly order cut-off times.
