By booking an appointment, purchasing a gift certificate, ordering products, or using this website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

Eligibility
Sacred Spa Rituals is a space for adults.
All treatments, gift certificates, and product orders are available to guests aged 18 years and over, unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
By continuing to use this website, you confirm that you meet this eligibility requirement and accept these Terms & Conditions.

Reservations & Bookings
• All treatments are by appointment only.
• Book online under the Rituals page on Website. All availability is displayed in real time. Due to the nature of the spa and to avoid interrupting sessions, please book online.
• For all other enquiries, please email as my phone is on silent during appointments.
• Direct messages (DMs) cannot be accepted as bookings.
• Bookings must be made for the correct treatment and duration.
• As Sacred Spa Rituals is a one-person practice, appointment times are carefully allocated.

Arrival for Treatments
• Please arrive on time for your treatment, not early.
• Arriving late may shorten your treatment so the day can flow smoothly for all guests, with the full treatment fee still applying.
• No cell phones: To preserve the calm and sacred atmosphere, please keep devices off or leave them in the car.
• Valuables: Please keep valuables with you or leave them at home.

Cancellations & Changes
• A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
• Cancellations within 24 hours, or failure to attend, will result in the full treatment fee being charged.
• Late arrivals may reduce treatment time, but the full fee still applies.
• If you are unwell, please cancel your appointment to protect the health and wellbeing of all guests and the therapist. In such cases, rescheduling will be accommodated where possible.

Payment
• Payment is required prior to or on the day of any spa ritual. An invoice will be sent upon booking.
• For certain treatments, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.
• This deposit will be credited toward the total treatment cost, with the remaining balance payable on the day of your appointment.
• All prices are in NZD and are subject to change without notice.

Gift Certificates
• Gift certificates are valid for three (3) months from the date of purchase. Expiry dates are final.
• Gift certificates are non-refundable, not redeemable for cash, and must be redeemed within their valid period while the spa is open.
• As Sacred Spa Rituals is a one-person practice, gift certificate purchases are subject to seasonal availability. There will be a blackout period from February to April, during which gift certificates will not be available for purchase.
• This allows for seasonal menu transitions while ensuring existing gift certificate holders are accommodated.
Gift vouchers are available at the discretion of Sacred Spa Rituals and may not be issued in situations where a potential conflict of interest exists.
We reserve the right to decline voucher requests to maintain the integrity and professionalism of our services.

Pricing & Treatment Menu
All prices and treatments listed are subject to change without notice.
Sacred Spa Rituals reserves the right to update the treatment menu, duration, or pricing at any time to reflect seasonal offerings, ingredient availability, or business considerations.
Clients will always be charged the price applicable at the time of booking.
Product Orders
• Sacred Spa Rituals offers a weekly product ordering system.
• Orders must be placed by Friday each week. Orders are placed with suppliers on Monday, with delivery taking 7–10 business days.
• Payment in full is required prior to placing your order.

Right of Refusal
Sacred Spa Rituals reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service if a guest behaves inappropriately, unsafely, or disrespectfully.
In such cases, the treatment may be ended immediately, and the full fee will apply.
Sacred Spa Rituals reserves the right to refuse service, gift vouchers or bookings at our sole discretion where we reasonably believe it is necessary to:
-Protect the integrity and confidentiality of our rituals, methods, and business operations
-Manage or avoid a potential conflict of interest
-Maintain a safe, respectful, and professional working environment
-Prevent misuse of services or commercial sensitivity concerns
-Ensure continuity and quality of service for all clients
This includes, but is not limited to, situations where providing service may present a conflict of interest or where we determine it is not appropriate to proceed with a booking or request.
We appreciate your understanding that these decisions are made to protect the business and ensure the best possible experience for our clients.

Satisfaction Guarantee
Your comfort and experience are important.
Please communicate during your treatment if adjustments are needed. Refunds are not offered for completed treatments, but genuine concerns will always be addressed fairly.

Lost or Misplaced Items
Sacred Spa Rituals is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced items. Please keep valuables with you or leave them at home.

Emergency or Forced Closures
In the event of illness, natural events, or unforeseeable circumstances, appointments will be rescheduled or credited where possible.
Sacred Spa Rituals is not liable for costs incurred due to closures beyond its control.

Unforeseeable Circumstances
Sacred Spa Rituals reserves the right to modify bookings, services, or operating hours due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including weather events, illness, or travel disruption.

Personal information collected through bookings, enquiries, or website use is used solely for appointment management and communication.
Information will not be sold or shared with third parties.

Privacy & Media Policy
To protect the privacy, comfort, and confidentiality of all clients and staff, we maintain a strict no recording policy within the spa premises.
No photos, videos, or audio recording are permitted inside the spa at any time,
This includes both clients and visitors.
Mobile phones and recording devices must not be used to capture any images or footage within treatment areas or common spaces.
This policy is in place to:
Protect client confidentiality and personal privacy
Maintain a calm, relaxing spa environment
Ensure professional standards are upheld at all times

All website content, is the property of Sacred Spa Rituals and may not be reproduced without permission.

Day Rituals:
Tues - Fri | 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Evening Rituals:
Tuesdays and Thursdays | 5:00 PM onwards
Closed Weekends & Public Holidays
